The Mississippi Pharmacists Association's 149th Annual Convention and Trade Show will be held June 6-9, 2020 in New Orleans, Louisiana. MPhA would love for your company to participate in this event! Our exhibitors are an integral part of our convention. This annual event hosts 200+ pharmacists and industry representatives from across the country. Our Exhibit Hall hours will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 7, 2020, and again from 7:30 a.m.- 8:30 a.m. on Monday, June 8, 2020. No other events will be scheduled during Exhibit Hall hours.
We are excited to open exhibitor registration and sponsorship beginning December 9, 2019, however, due to our new location vendor space is limited. Be sure to register early to secure your spot! Please note that exhibitor registration does not include CEs. Convention registration will have to be purchased separately.

Your company’s name will be used as the password to access the only Wi-Fi provided by the conference by over 200 attendees and representatives from across the pharmacy industry. Your company logo, as well as the Wi-Fi password, will be displayed during the entirety of the convention.
Convention Attendee Bags- (1 available)- $1,500.00 SOLD!
Your company’s logo will be placed on over 200 attendee bags. These bags will be carried throughout the convention and will be used long after attendees have left New Orleans.
Breakfast Sponsor- (3 available)- $1000.00
One of our best-attended events! Your company logo will be displayed during breakfast on the day you are sponsoring.
Mimosa and Bloody Mary Bar- (1 available)- $1,000.00
BRAND NEW EVENT! This event will coincide with breakfast in the Exhibit Hall on Monday, June 8th. Your company logo will be displayed beside the bar for everyone to see as they order their breakfast beverages.
Awards Reception Sponsor- (2 available)- $1,500.00
This event acknowledges the rising stars and award winners in the pharmacy industry in Mississippi. Your company logo will be displayed at the entrance of the event and your company name will also be mentioned at the beginning and end of the event. You may also have a company representative hand out an award. Lots of photo opportunities available!

Everyone needs a break, right? Your company logo will be featured at our break table, so everyone knows who cares most about our pharmacists. ;)
Past Presidents Reception- (2 available)- $750.00
This event is for the ones who have led this association through the years. Your company logo will be displayed as we give thanks to those who have served this association. A representative is invited to attend this gathering.

Full payment on all contracts will be due by May 6, 2020.

- Booth selection is on a first-come-first-served basis
- Booth cancellations on or before April 6, 2020, will be charged a cancellation fee of $250.00
- No refunds will be given for cancellations after April 6, 2020
